What does the $50 a month actually include?
Hosting on fast, secure infrastructure (SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included), daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, security maintenance, five update credits a year, and an optimised rebuild of your site when you join. Pricing is + GST.
What counts as a basic update?
Content changes on existing pages: text, images you supply, prices, team members, contact details, opening hours, documents and links. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately - always before we start.
Will switching break my email?
No. Email and websites live on separate DNS records. Our cutover process changes only the website records and never touches MX or mail settings - your email keeps working through the whole move.
Do I lose my current website?
No. We take a full copy of your existing site before anything changes, and you approve the rebuilt version on a preview link before it goes live. Your old site stays exactly where it is until the switch.
My site is WordPress - does that matter?
Not to you. Most sites we take on are WordPress or Elementor. We rebuild them as fast, secure, modern sites; if your business genuinely needs a WordPress editor or an online store, we host that too - tell us and we'll size the right plan.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Billing is monthly. The rebuild is our investment in you staying because the service is good - not because a contract makes you.
Who actually looks after my site?
LINK's own team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane - the same people who build and run the LINK group's sites. You deal with a person, not a ticket queue.
