Officevibe at LINK.
At LINK we use Officevibe to measure employee engagement and collect feedback. We've had Officevibe in place since 2018, and it's provided epic insight into our business, our culture and specifically what works and what could be improved.
Officevibe is based around a set of 10 metrics which roll up into an overall score on an anonymised basis. It also measures our eNPS, that is Employee Net Promoter Score - a measure of ‘on a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to recommend LINK as a great place to work’. Officevibe also allows our team to share their feedback either anonymously or with their name. It's from this feedback that many of the greatest enhancements to LINK and LINK culture have evolved.
