People systems sized for your stage, not a corporate's.

Between ten and two hundred people, culture stops being automatic and starts needing systems, but corporate HR machinery would crush a business your size. This is the middle path: practical people systems, designed by an operator, installed without the bureaucracy.

The systems we build.

Each engagement picks from the same menu, sized to you:

  • Onboarding that lands people into the culture in week one, not year one
  • Feedback and performance rhythms: one-on-ones, reviews and goals that leaders actually run
  • Recognition programs that go beyond Pizza Friday and reinforce what you value
  • Retention systems: understanding why people stay, and building more of it
  • Culture Packs: your playbook of rituals, meeting frameworks and practices, written down so the culture survives growth and turnover

Culture Packs, explained.

A Culture Pack is your business's operating culture in a document the team actually uses: how meetings run, how wins are celebrated, how feedback happens, how new people are welcomed, what the values look like on a normal Tuesday. It is the difference between culture that lives in the founder's head and culture that scales. Packs are built with your team over a series of working sessions, so the content is theirs and the adoption follows.

What this is not.

This is not compliance HR: contracts, awards and workplace law stay with your employment lawyer or existing HR provider, and we work alongside them happily. The lane here is culture and performance, the systems that decide whether people join, stay and push, and it pairs with the wider LINK group when the conversation crosses into pay structures, finance or brand.

Common questions.

Do you replace our HR person or provider?

No, we make them more effective. Compliance and admin stay where they are; this work covers the culture and performance systems most HR functions never get the space to build.

What size business does this suit?

Ten to two hundred people is the sweet spot, the stage where the founder can no longer touch everything and the systems have to carry the culture instead.

How long does an engagement run?

Most run as a three-month build: diagnose, design with the team, install, then a lighter rhythm to hold it. One-off pieces, a Culture Pack, an onboarding rebuild, run shorter.

How does it start?

The free Culture Checkup and a discovery call. The checkup shows where the leaks are, the call decides whether a system build is the right response and what it would cost, in writing, before anything starts.

The Culture Checkup and everything on this site is general information, not professional advice on any specific workplace situation. Results reflect the answers you give and are a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis. Outcomes from any program depend on your team and no outcome is guaranteed.
