LINKCulture
Speaking & offsites

A speaker who runs what he talks about.

James speaks on culture the way he built it at LINK: as the performance engine behind growth, trust and retention. Keynotes, workshops and strategic offsites that leave the room with frameworks, not just energy.

The topics that land hardest.

Sessions are tailored, and these are the cores they build from:

  • Culture as a performance engine: why culture is the foundation of growth, not the nice-to-have
  • Building cultural habits: the rituals and systems that turn values into Tuesday behaviour
  • Leadership that shapes culture: how leaders model, reinforce and scale the norms
  • Retention through purpose: keeping your best people without buying them every year
  • Brand meets culture: making the outside promise and the inside experience one story

Formats.

Keynotes from twenty minutes to an hour for conferences and leadership events. Workshops from ninety minutes to a full day for teams who want to work, not just listen. And strategic offsites, the flagship: one or two facilitated days where your leadership group does the year's most important thinking with culture and strategy held in the same conversation.

Every format ends the same way: with specific commitments the room made, written down, because a talk that changes nothing was entertainment.

Why rooms book James.

Fifteen years of building teams and scaling LINK to a 50+ person group means the stories are first-hand and the frameworks are field-tested. The wellness program his team runs won Wellness Program of the Year 2023 with Accountants Daily, credibility that comes from operating, not orating. Audiences from Australia to the UK get the same thing: straight talk, practical tools, no jargon.

Common questions.

What does a keynote or workshop cost?

Fees depend on format, length and location; indicative ranges are on the pricing page and a fixed quote follows a short call about your event and audience.

What is a strategic offsite with James like?

One or two days, your leadership team, one facilitator holding strategy and culture in the same frame. You leave with decisions made, owners assigned and an operating rhythm to carry them, and James checks in on those commitments afterwards.

Does James travel for events?

Yes. Brisbane and south-east Queensland in person as standard, wider Australia and international by arrangement, and remote sessions where they fit the format.

Can we test the fit first?

A free 15-minute discovery call covers your event, audience and goals. If the fit is not right, James says so and points you somewhere better.
