Every day is designed with you around what the team actually needs, but the shape is consistent:

- Facilitated conversations the team has been avoiding, made safe and productive
- Practical exercises on communication and trust that connect to real projects, not ropes courses
- An operating rhythm the team designs together: meetings, feedback, recognition
- A written follow-through plan, because the day is the start, not the deliverable
Who runs it and where.
James facilitates personally. Days run at your office, at a venue we help you pick, or as part of a strategic offsite across south-east Queensland. Half-day and full-day formats both work; teams of eight to sixty are the sweet spot.
For leadership groups, the day pairs naturally with a strategic offsite: culture in the morning, strategy in the afternoon, one facilitator holding both threads together, which is the combination most event companies cannot offer.
The follow-through is the point.
Two weeks after the day, James checks in on the commitments the team made. Thirty days after, you get a short pulse read on whether behaviour moved. Team days earn their cost when the Tuesday three weeks later feels different, and that is the standard the day is designed against.
Common questions.
How is this different from normal team building activities in Brisbane?
Activity providers sell fun, and fun is worth having. This is a facilitated working day: the fun is in the room, but the material is your team's real dynamics and the output is an operating rhythm they designed themselves. The effect is measured in the following month, not the following hour.
What group sizes work?
Eight to sixty. Under eight becomes coaching, which we also do; over sixty splits into streams with a shared opening and close.
Can you combine it with a strategy day?
Yes, and it is the most requested format: culture and team dynamics in the morning, strategic planning in the afternoon. One facilitator across both means the strategy lands with the team dynamics in view.
What does a day cost?
Depends on format and group size; indicative ranges are on the pricing page and a fixed quote comes after a free discovery call. Venue and catering are organised by you or by us, your call.
