Leadership development

Your managers are the culture. Develop them like it.

People do not experience your values, they experience their manager. This program turns managers into leaders who set standards, give feedback that lands, and become the reason people stay, built from fifteen years of doing it inside LINK rather than a borrowed framework.

What the program covers.

The syllabus is the job, not the theory of the job. Across three months your leaders work through the habits that shape how a team feels and performs:

  • Feedback that lands: one-on-one rhythms, hard conversations, praise that means something
  • Accountability without fear: standards, follow-through and what to do when someone slips
  • Recognition as a system: celebrating contribution in ways that reinforce values
  • Hiring and onboarding: protecting the culture at its most vulnerable moment
  • Leading through growth: keeping the culture as the team doubles

How it runs.

Group workshops with your leadership team, spaced two to three weeks apart, with real assignments in between: run the one-on-one, have the conversation, install the ritual. James reviews what happened and coaches through what got stuck. By the end the habits are running because they have been run, repeatedly, on your actual team.

Cohorts stay small so the sessions stay frank about your business rather than generic. Programs run in person across Brisbane and south-east Queensland, or remotely for teams elsewhere in Australia and the UK.

What changes, and how you will know.

You measure before and after: engagement scores, turnover, time-to-hire and the leadership behaviours the team reports experiencing. The goal is visible movement in a quarter, not a certificate. Where the starting point is unclear, the program pairs with an employee engagement survey so the baseline is real.

Common questions.

Who is the program for?

Founders, senior leaders and managers of teams from ten to two hundred people. It works best when the whole leadership group goes through it together, because culture change fails fastest when only half the leaders change.

How long does it take?

Three months as the core rhythm: workshops every two to three weeks with implementation in between. Many clients keep a monthly coaching cadence afterwards to hold the habits.

Is this off-the-shelf training?

No. The frameworks are consistent, but every session runs on your business: your team, your friction, your growth stage. That is the difference between training people remember and training they apply.

What does it cost?

Programs are quoted on team size and format after a free discovery call, and the pricing page shows indicative ranges so nothing is a surprise. A Breakthrough Session is the low-commitment way to test the fit first.

The Culture Checkup and everything on this site is general information, not professional advice on any specific workplace situation. Results reflect the answers you give and are a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis. Outcomes from any program depend on your team and no outcome is guaranteed.
